Refunds are applicable only for eligible services as per our specific service agreement or project terms. Refunds are not available for completed digital products, subscriptions, or ongoing software development once work has begun.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of payment. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed at Seyone’s management discretion.
Service or subscription cancellations can be requested before the project initiation or within the agreed grace period. Once the development process has started or digital assets are delivered, cancellation charges may apply.
